Four practices. One contract. One team that is still there afterwards.
The people who scope your system build it, and they are the ones you call in year three.
The four practices
Workflow Automation
- What it is
- Removing manual handoffs from a process that already exists, on the platforms you already license.
- Platforms
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, and the integration layer between them and your systems of record.
- You get
- A current-state process map with the manual steps costed, then the automation, then the runbook for operating it without us.
- Typical first step
- A two-week mapping engagement, priced before it starts, delivered whether or not you proceed.
- Not included
- Licence resale. We do not take margin on your platform spend, which means our recommendation on what to buy is not for sale.
Applied AI
- What it is
- Agents, document intelligence and decision support that run inside existing systems of record. Governed, logged, and reversible.
- Platforms
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and the model providers' APIs directly.
- You get
- A model inventory, the human-review policy for every consequential decision, and an evaluation set you keep.
- Typical first step
- A scoped pilot against your own data, with a success threshold agreed before it starts.
- Not included
- Training third-party models on your data. Your data is not an input to anyone else's model, and that is written into the contract.
Digital Platforms
- What it is
- Portals, checkouts and operational dashboards that carry real traffic and real money.
- Platforms
- React and TypeScript on the front, your existing back office behind it.
- You get
- An interface measured against WCAG 2.2 AA, a performance budget agreed before build, and the test suite that holds both.
- Typical first step
- A design and architecture sprint that ends with a clickable prototype and a fixed price.
- Not included
- Brochure sites. If the thing does not carry a transaction or a decision, we are the wrong firm and will say so.
Custom Software
- What it is
- Purpose-built systems for problems off-the-shelf software cannot reach, engineered for scale, audit and handover.
- Platforms
- Your cloud, your identity provider, your compliance boundary.
- You get
- Source, infrastructure as code, an SBOM per release, and a runbook written for someone who has never met us.
- Typical first step
- A discovery engagement that ends in an architecture decision record you own.
- Not included
- Lock-in. Everything we build is deployable by your own team, and the handover terms are in the contract from day one.
Running a business of 20 to 500 people? The same four practices, scoped for smaller teams: custom software for small and mid-sized businesses, from QuickBooks and HubSpot integrations to AI voice agents.
See how a Voice AI agent operates inside a live EMR & CRM.
No human hold queues. No manual copy-pasting. Watch our conversational Voice AI take an inbound call, stream live transcription, extract clinical or commercial entities, and write directly to the system of record.
You own the code, the infrastructure, and the keys.
Zero vendor lock-in. We do not build black boxes or manufacture client dependency. From the first sprint, every line of source lives in your repositories, runs on your cloud subscriptions, and follows strict engineering standards. If you choose to bring maintenance in-house tomorrow, you can do so with zero friction. We build systems you choose to keep us for, not systems you are trapped into.
Every one of these starts the same way.
Not with a proposal, and not with a statement of work. With two weeks of mapping, so that the first real decision you make about the build is made with the arithmetic already done.
Most vendors will quote whatever you ask them to build. We would rather find out first whether it is worth building, because we are the ones who have to run it afterwards.
The Automation Audit
One workflow you name, mapped end to end, with the arithmetic done before anyone writes code.
- Scope
- One workflow you choose, traced end to end, including the steps nobody documented.
- Duration
- Two weeks, fixed.
- Fee
- Fixed, and quoted in full before we start. No hourly drift.
- You get
- A written map: what can be automated, what it would save in hours, what building it would cost, and what we would leave alone.
- You keep it
- The map is yours whether or not you hire us to build anything.
And if the audit shows the automation will not pay for itself inside twelve months, we will tell you, and we will not quote the build.
