A process with a paper trail.
Seven gates. Each one produces an artifact you keep, whether or not the next phase ever happens.
What lands at each gate.

You own the repository, encryption keys, and environment unconditionally from day one.

Reference designs, not case studies.
How we would approach three problems that come up often. No client’s numbers appear here, because none of these is a client’s system.
Two-way sync between a CRM, an ERP and your databases
A record changed in one system arrives once, in order, in the others. When a delivery fails it is parked for someone to review, not dropped.
Change capture
Picks up changes from Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platform events as they happen.
Buffer and schema check
Removes duplicates, rejects payloads that break the agreed schema, and holds changes until they are applied.
Transformation
Maps each system’s objects onto one shared model, so a customer means the same thing everywhere.
Delivery
Writes the change to the target system or database, retrying with backoff.
Three shapes, priced differently.
Procurement asks this before it asks about capability, and most firms never answer it in public.
What we are held to.
Every other line on this site describes how we work. These four are commitments, and they go in the contract.
| Severity | Definition | Response | Updates |
|---|---|---|---|
| S1 | Production down, or data at risk | 1 hour, any day | Hourly until resolved |
| S2 | Major function degraded, no workaround | 4 business hours | Daily |
| S3 | Limited impact, workaround exists | 1 business day | On change |
| S4 | Question, or a change request | 2 business days | On change |
The tools we reach for.
Each one carries a status, so you can see what we build on by default and what we are still evaluating.
TypeScript / Node.js
Core runtime for enterprise API gateways, client portals, and cloud microservices.
Go (Golang)
Ultra-low latency microservices, concurrent stream ingest, and network proxies.
Rust
Critical performance paths, zero-allocation serialization, and financial ledger reconciliation.
Python
Enterprise AI orchestration, FastEmbed inference pipelines, and LangGraph multi-agent workflows.
Kubernetes & Helm
Declarative container orchestration across multi-region hybrid clouds.
Terraform / OpenTofu
Strict GitOps-driven Infrastructure as Code with zero manual mutations.
Apache Kafka / Pulsar
High-durability distributed event backbone for asynchronous enterprise transactions.
PostgreSQL & CockroachDB
ACID-compliant relational architectures with distributed failover and row-level security.
Dynamics 365 OData / Web API
Deep bidirectional integrations with Microsoft ERP and Power Platform systems.
Salesforce API & Platform Events
Real-time event streaming and customer intelligence synchronization.
HL7 FHIR & SMART on FHIR
Clinical data exchange protocols for Epic Systems and AthenaHealth EMR integrations.
gRPC & Protocol Buffers
Type-safe, binary RPC communication for high-performance internal microservices.
Vector Stores (pgvector / Pinecone)
Semantic search and domain knowledge retrieval with strict tenant boundary isolation.
Model provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
Reasoning and structured extraction grounded in the client’s own data, with data-retention terms agreed per engagement.
ClickHouse OLAP
Sub-second analytical queries across high-velocity time-series and audit logs.
Temporal.io
Durable execution engine for resilient, long-running distributed workflows.
You can fire us without a migration project.
Everything we build is deployable by your own team: source in a repository you control from day one, infrastructure as code, an SBOM per release, and a runbook written for someone who has never met us. The handover terms are in the contract from the start, not negotiated at the end.
